The 60-Day Gentle Guarantee

Being gentle with yourself includes your wallet. If the Mollitude Sculpt isn't for you, you have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a full refund - no forms, no interrogation, no restocking fees.

How it works

1. Email hello@mollitude.com with your order number and a line telling us it wasn't for you (feedback welcome, never required).
2. We reply within 24 hours with the return address and simple instructions.
3. Once the return is scanned by the carrier, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Banks typically post it within 5–10 business days.

The honest fine print (all of it)

• The guarantee covers one device per customer - enough to genuinely try the ritual.
• Return shipping is paid by you; we'll tell you the cheapest tracked option.
• The device should be returned with its accessories. Normal signs of use are completely fine - we expect you to have used it daily; that's the point.
• Damaged-on-arrival or faulty units are replaced free, including shipping, any time within the 60 days. Send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement immediately.
