Every order ships free with tracking. Orders placed before 3pm ship the same day; all others ship within 24 hours (weekends and holidays ship the next business day).
You'll receive your tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse. Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 4–8 business days
- Canada, UK, Australia: 6–10 business days
- Elsewhere: 8–14 business days
If something looks stuck: carriers occasionally pause a parcel for a day or two — but if your tracking hasn't moved for 4 business days, email and we'll chase it from our side. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full, your choice. You will never be left to argue with a courier alone.
